PATRAK A. B EXCEL FILE AND  PDF FILE DOWNLOAD KARO USEFUL FOR ALL SCHOOL TEACHER


In case of any dispute or difference between the student/ parent/ legal guardian and the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non - payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The proceedings shall be conducted at Bangalore under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended and modified from time to time) and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over the matter and / or for enforcement, as the case may be.

Warranty will be valid only when the original duly filled TAX INVOICE is presented together with the defective product.

This warranty will not apply if the type or serial number on the product has been altered, removed or defaced.

This warranty does not cover the damage caused to the product due to improper installation by student and/ or connecting the product to equipment not approved by device manufacturer and deficiency in product performance due to electricity disturbances while charging.

This warranty does not cover the risk to the product caused by accident, lightening, water, fire, other acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond the Company & device manufacturer’s control.

Any problems related to the tablet (hardware) will be rectified/replaced by the device manufacturer only and the Company will not be liable for the same. Company will only be able to assist the customer in case there are any issues related to SD card content. The Company will not be liable in case the device manufacturer charges the customer in case there is any physical damage to the tablet.

As per the Indian Contract Act,1872 it is only the parent / legal guardian of student (who has not attained the age of majority) can enter into a valid contract for and on behalf of such student. Accordingly, in relation to any and all actions/ inactions of students using the Company’s products, the parent/ legal guardian agrees and accepts the terms and conditions (including the terms and conditions available athttps://byjus.com/terms-of-services) for and on behalf of such student and shall have the rights and be subject to such liabilities as contemplated herein and under relevant act and statutes for the time being in force. Unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, any reference to ‘student’ in these terms shall mean a student represented by his/ her concerned parent or legal guardian, as applicable.


Refund Policy

In case where a student expresses his/ her intention of not continuing with a course availed from the Company, then the student, depending on the program he/ she has enrolled for, will be eligible for refund in the manner set out below. In case of any disputes/ issues arising in relation to refund, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on the student.

Please note that the Company will refund appropriate amount via cheque, NEFT or such other banking channel as determined by the Company from time to time. No refund in cash will be made by the Company. Additionally, the Company shall not be held responsible and/or accountable for crediting refund money to wrong account due to incorrect details furnished by the student/ parent/ guardian.

Tablet Program

For refund in relation to any purchase of the Company’s content made available on SD card and tablet, the following provisions shall apply.

Student may apply for a refund within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of tablet and SD card.

The request shall be made prior to the expiry of 15th day from the date of delivery of tablet and SD card by writing tosupport@byjus.com. From the 16th day onwards, the student/ parent/ legal guardian will not be eligible for any refund.

વિદેશ ભણવાનું સપનું કરો આ રીતે પુરૂ? : સારો અભ્યાસ કરવાનું સપનું સૌ કોઇનું હોય છે અને તેના માટે દેશમાં ઠીક પણ હવે વિદેશમાં જતા પણ યુવાઓ અચકાતા નથી. તેવી જ રીતે વિદેશમાં અભ્યાસ કરવા માટેનો જાણે કે હાલ ટ્રેન્ડ ચાલી રહ્યો છે પણ વિદેશ અભ્યાસનું સપનું પુરુ કરવા તે જેમ તેમ વાત નથી.

જો કે વિદેશ અભ્યાસથી તમારા કરીયરને ઉંચાઇ મળે છે તેટલો જ ઉંચો ખર્ચ પણ તેની પાછળ કરવો પડે છે. ઘણા લોકો તે ખર્ચ કરવા સક્ષમ હોય છે પણ તમામ તે મોટો ખર્ચ ભોગવી શકે તે શક્ય નથી.

આમ છતાં પણ જો વિદેશમાં અભ્યાસનું સપનું પુરૂ કરવું હોય તો ચિંતા ન કરશો તેના માટે તમે વિદેશ અભ્યાસ લોનની મદદ લઇ શકો છો. આજે આપણે વાત કરીશું કે વિદેશ અભ્યાસ માટે લોનનો વિકલ્પ કેટલો યોગ્ય.

પોતાની આર્થિક સ્થિતીને કારણે આગળ વિદેશમાં અભ્યાસ કરી શકે તેમ ન હોય તો ગુજરાત રાજ્ય બિન અનામત આયોગ આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિદેશમાં અભ્યાસ માટે લોન રૂપે આર્થિક સહાયતા આપે છે.

બિન અનામત નિગમ દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની વિદેશ અભ્યાસ લોન રૂપે સહાય આપવામાં આવે છે. વિદ્યાર્થીને વિદેશ અભ્યાસ માટે થયેલ ખરેખર કુલ ખર્ચ અથવા લોન રૂપે આપવામાં આવતા 15 લાખ જે બંનેમાંથી ઓછું હશે તેટલી લોન મળવા પાત્ર રહેશે. વિદેશ અભ્યાસ લોન પર 4% સાદું વ્યાજ લાગુ પડશે.

આ લોન મેળવવા માટેની યોગ્યતા

લાભ મેળવનાર અરજદારની કુટુંબની વાર્ષિક આવક 6 લાખથી ઓછી હોવી જોઈએ. જે તે વિદ્યાર્થીને  ધોરણ 12 માં 60% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલા હોવા જોઈએ.

ધોરણ 12 પછી MBBSના અભ્યાસ માટે, સ્નાતક કે ડિપ્લોમા પછી ડિગ્રી મેળવેલી હોય તો. પેરા મેડિકલ, પ્રોફેશનલ રિસર્ચ જેવા ટેકનીકલ અભ્યાસ વિગેરે જેવા કોઈપણ વિદેશમાં અભ્યાસ માટે લોન મેળવી શકે છે અથવા પોસ્ટ ગ્રેજ્યુએશન ડિપ્લોમા કે માસ્ટર કોર્સ અથવા તેના જેવા જ સમાન અભ્યાસક્રમ માટે લોન મેળવી શકે.

લોન સહાય યોજના માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કેવી રીતે કરી શકાય?

  • ઓફિસિયલ વેબસાઈટ  www.gueedc.gujarat.gov.in પર ક્લિક કરો.
  • વેબસાઈટનું હોમ પેજ ખુલશે, હોમપેજ પર ઉપરની બાજુએ SCHEME મેન્યુમાં 2 નંબર પર Foreign Education Scheme પર ક્લિક કરો.
  • વેબસાઇટ પર રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરી તમારુ યુઝર આઇડી મેળવો.
  • હવે તમે તમારુ User Id અને Password નાખી Login કરો.
  • હવે Foreign Education Scheme ની લાઈનમાં Apply Now પર ક્લિક કરો.
  • યોજનાનું ફોર્મ ખુલશે, જેમાં માગ્યા મુજબની માહિતિ વિદ્યાર્થીએ ભરવાની રહેશે.
  • તથા માગ્યા મુજબના ડોક્યુમેન્ટસ અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.
  • વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાનો તાજેતરનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝનો ફોટો અને સહિ 15 KB કે તેનાથી ઓછી સાઈઝ કરી અપલોડ કરવો.
  • અને પછી કન્ફર્મ એપ્લિકેશન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.

અરજીનો કન્ફર્મ નંબર નોંધી રાખવો

ઓનલાઈન અરજી કર્યા બાદ અરજી ની પ્રિંન્ટ કાઢીને નીચે સહી કરીને તથા  અપલોડ કરેલ તમામ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સની પ્રમાણિત કરેલ નકલ વિદ્યાર્થી જે  જિલ્લામાં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોય તે જિલ્લાના નાયબ નિયામક કે જિલ્લા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરીએ રૂબરૂ કે પોસ્ટ મારફતે નિયત સમય મર્યાદામાં મોકલવાની રહેશે.

હવે લોન છે તો ચુકવવી તો પડશે જ..

વિદ્યાર્થીએ 5 લાખ સુધીની લોનના અભ્યાસક્રમ પૂરો થયા પછી એક વર્ષ બાદ પાંચ વર્ષમાં એક સરખા માસિક હપ્તા ભરવાના રહેશે. વિદ્યાર્થીએ 5 લાખથી વધુ લોન મેળવેલ હશે તેવા કિસ્સામાં અભ્યાસક્રમ પૂરો થયા બાદ એક વર્ષ બાદ 6 વર્ષમાં એકસરખા માસિક હપ્તા ચૂકવવાના રહેશે.

લોન પેટે આપવામાં આવેલા નાણાને પહેલા વ્યાજ પેટે જમા કરવામાં આવશે. વિદેશ અભ્યાસ લોન મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થી જો નક્કી કરેલ સમય મર્યાદા પહેલા ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસ માટે મેળવેલ લોનની રકમ પરત ચૂકવી ઈચ્છે તો તે ચુકવણી કરી શકે છે. આમ સરકારની આ સહાયતા તમને તમારુ સપનું પુરુ કરવામાં મદદ કરી શકે છે.
